James Cropper (AIM: CRPR), the Advanced Materials and Paper &
Packaging group, confirms that its Annual General Meeting took place earlier
today at which all resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 7
August 2025 were duly passed by shareholders.  Details of the voting results
