Results of Annual General Meeting

 

The Company is pleased to announce that all the resolutions proposed at the
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today were duly passed.
Resolutions 1 to 14 were each passed as an Ordinary Resolution (requiring a
simple majority for them to be passed) and resolutions 15 to 18 were each
passed as a Special Resolution (requiring at least a 75% majority for them to
be passed). The polling results for each resolution are set out below:

Notes:

1.     As at 11 May 2026 (being the latest date by which shareholders
entitled to vote must have been entered on the Company's Register of Members)
the total number of voting rights in the Company was  50,621,497  ordinary
shares, carrying one vote each, and 100,000 preference shares carrying one
vote each. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company are 50,721,497.

2.     A vote Withheld is not a vote in law and is not counted in the
calculation of the proportion of votes "For" and "Against" a resolution.

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.2, copies of resolutions that
constitute as special business at an annual general meeting will shortly be
available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism which is located
