James Halstead plc (AIM: JHD) announces that on 14 April 2025, Russell Whiting, a Non-executive Director and PDMR of the Company, informed the Company that on the 11 April 2025, he had purchased 14,363 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into his personal ISA account.
