PDMR Acquisition of Shares

James Halstead plc (AIM: JHD) announces that on 31 March 2023, James Anthony
Wild, a Non-Executive Director, Chairman and PDMR of the Company, informed the
Company that on the 31March 2023; (1) Jean Margaret Wild (PCA to James Anthony
Wild) had sold 6,240 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares"); (2) James Anthony Wild had purchased 6,240 Ordinary Shares into his
SIPP.

Following the above transaction, James Anthony Wild's beneficial ownership
remains unchanged.

The notification set out below, made in accordance with the requirements of
the EU Market Abuse Regulations, provides further detail.
