PDMR Acquisition of Shares

 

James Halstead plc (AIM: JHD) announces that on 23 February 2026, Michael
James Halstead, a Non-Executive Director and PDMR of the Company, informed the
Company that on the 20 February 2026; (1) Michael James Halstead had
transferred 52,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") from his nominee account.(2) Michael James Halstead received 19,250
Ordinary Shares into a personal ISA (3) Maria Halstead (PCA to Michael James
Halsted) received 18,045 Ordinary Shares into a personal ISA (4) Katherine
Claire Halstead (PCA to Michael James Halsted) received 14,705 Ordinary Shares
into a personal ISA.
