Director / PDMR Dealing 
James Latham announces that, on 11 January 2018, the Trustees of the Company's CSOP scheme issued 1,834 shares to Chris Sutton, a director of the Company, under the 2012 CSOP scheme at 272.5p per share. Mr Sutton immediately sold back 595 shares at 840p per share to cover the option price. Mr Sutton's resultant shareholding in the Company is 56,238 ordinary shares representing 0.29% of total voting rights.
