Appointment of Executive Director

 

 

James Latham announces the appointment of Nick Widlinski to the board of
directors with immediate effect. Mr Widlinski has worked in the business since
2008, initially in the Company's Yate depot as Sales Manager and then Depot
Director, before his appointment as Group Panel Products Director on the
Lathams Limited board in 2019. Mr Widlinski will continue to act as Sales and
Commercial Director of Lathams Limited and his experience of sales and
supplier relationships will be invaluable to the board as it seeks to drive
the business forward.

 

Mr Widlinski holds 1,532 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares"),
representing 0.01% of the total issued share capital of the Company. Mr
Widlinski also has 4,706 options in Company share option schemes, and will
today be granted options over 3,108 Ordinary Shares under the Company's
Deferred Bonus Scheme 2012, to be exercised for nil consideration in three
years' time. No performance conditions are attached to this award.

 

Commenting on Mr Widlinski's appointment, Nick Latham, Executive Chairman
said: "It gives me great pleasure to welcome Nick to the PLC board and we look
forward to him helping to drive the business forward following his successful
period in running our Panel Products division."
