The Company announces that, on 11 January 2021, Andrew Wright, Managing Director, sold 1,897 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and his wife Mary Wright sold 1,834 Ordinary Shares at a price of 925p per share. Following this sale, Andrew Wright's resultant beneficial shareholding in the Company is 28,111 Ordinary Shares representing 0.14% of the issued share capital of the Company.
