The Board of James Latham announces that, on 1 April 2021, it issued an option over 3,200 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company to Andrew Wright (Managing Director) under the Company's Deferred Bonus Scheme 2012, to be exercised for nil consideration in three years' time. No performance conditions are attached to this award.
