The Company announces that it has been informed by Peter Latham, a significant
shareholder in the Company that he has transferred 200,000 ordinary shares of
25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to family members who are not
considered to be PCAs under MAR. As a result, Mr Latham now holds beneficial
interest in 1,016,289 Ordinary Shares representing 5.04% of the issued share
Capital of the Company.
