("James Latham" or "the Company")

Transfer of treasury shares and Total Voting Rights

 

James Latham announces that, on 15 February 2023, it transferred 209,200
ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held in
Treasury Shares into the James Latham plc Employee Benefits Scheme in order to
provide Ordinary Shares to satisfy the requirements of the Company's share
option schemes.

 

As a result of the transfer, no Ordinary Shares are now held in Treasury.
Following this transfer, the total number of voting rights is 20,160,000. This
figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the
Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
