** JRVR, late Monday, reported a bigger-than-expected Q4 loss, missing Wall Street expectations for the fifth straight quarter

** Share to trade down on the EPS miss, persistent adverse reserve development and bigger-than-expected decline written premium decline - KBW

** More than 3.9 million shares traded, about 23 times their 25-day moving average, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Three of six brokerages rate the stock as "buy" or higher and three rate it as "hold", with a median PT of $7.75

** JRVR stock down 26.9% YTD
