Feb 27 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on Tuesday:

    ** Britain's antitrust regulator said it had opened a probe
into Qualcomm's  QCOM.O  planned purchase of Israeli auto-chip
maker Autotalks.

    ** A Japanese court dismissed an injunction filed by
Hong-Kong based hedge fund Oasis Management to block NEC's sale
of its stake in its listed unit Japan Aviation Electronics (JAE)
 6807.T , the IT services and software firm said.

    ** French vouchers company Edenred  EDEN.PA  said it had
signed two agreements to buy Danish SaaS2 platform Spirii and
Brazilian employee transport benefits platform RB.

    **  Exxon Mobil Corp  XOM.N  said it may preempt Chevron
Corp's  CVX.N  acquisition of a 30% stake in a giant Guyana oil
block, the centerpiece of its deal for Hess Corp  HES.N .

    ** The U.S. Federal Trade Commission and eight states said
they are suing to block supermarket chain Kroger's  KR.N  $24.6
billion deal to buy smaller rival Albertsons  ACI.N , saying it
would boost grocery prices for millions of Americans.

    ** JetBlue Airways  JBLU.O  and Spirit Airlines  SAVE.N 
urged a U.S. appeals court to overturn a judge's ruling that
blocked their $3.8 billion merger at the U.S. Department of
Justice's request.

    ** A group of R1 RCM's  RCM.O  investors is considering
taking the healthcare services provider private, according to a
regulatory filing, sending shares of the company up as much as
31%.
