    * Says subscription period from May 29 to May 30 and payment
date
on June 4 for the offering
    * Says it will issue new shares at the paid-in price of
5,241.20
yen per share through private placement to raise up to 1.83
billion yen in total
    * Says the subscription date on June 26 and payment date on
June
