    * Says it plans to issue 2.4 million shares of its common
stock
via public offering
    * Says it plans to issue 350,000 shares of its common stock
via
private placement, with subscription date on June 26 and payment
date on June 27
    * Says it plans to raise up to 13.59 billion yen in total 
    * Proceeds will be used for environmental energy, parts out
conversion and operating lease business
