Notice of General Meeting

 

Further to the announcement of 8 May 2026 (the "Announcement") Jarvis
Securities plc, the holding company for Jarvis Investment Management Limited
(JIML), announces that it has today posted a circular and associated notice of
General Meeting to shareholders ("General Meeting"). As set out in the
Announcement, the General Meeting is being convened for shareholders to
consider and, if thought fit, approve the conditional disposal of the
Company's leasehold interest in the property known as The Brewery, Tunbridge
Wells for a cash consideration of £100,000.

 

The General Meeting will be held at The Spa Hotel, Mount Ephraim, Tunbridge
Wells, Kent TN4 8XJ at 9.00 a.m. on Friday 29 May 2026. A copy of the circular
is available from today on the Company's website: www.jarvissecurities.co.uk.
