Result of Annual General Meeting

 

Jaywing Plc (AIM: JWNG), the marketing and data science business specialising
in integrated marketing and risk and data consulting, announces that at the
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held at 12.00pm today,
shareholders duly passed all of the resolutions proposed, save for special
resolutions 7 and 8 which were withdrawn prior to the meeting.
