Jaywing Plc (AIM: JWNG), the marketing and data science business specialising
in integrated marketing and risk and data consulting, announces that at the
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held earlier today, all
resolutions were duly passed. Resolutions 9 to 11 were withdrawn prior to the
AGM.
