Result of General Meeting
Further to the Company's announcement released on 27 February 2018 regarding a placing to fund the acquisition of Frank Digital Pty Ltd, the Company announces that all resolutions put to shareholders at the General Meeting today were duly passed, thus enabling the Placing and the Acquisition to complete.
The Company will issue and allot the 6,536,450 Placing Shares and has applied for them to be admitted to trading on AIM at 08.00 a.m. on 15 March 2018.
Following Admission, the Company will have 93,432,217 Ordinary Shares in issue, of which 99,622 are currently held in Treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights of the Company's Ordinary Shares immediately following Admission will be 93,332,595.
Capitalised terms shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Company's announcement published on 27 February 2018 under RNS No. 9839F.
