India's JSW Steel to move Bhushan Power's steel business into JV with Japan's JFE Steel
Dec 3 (Reuters) - India's top steelmaker JSW Steel JSTL.NS said on Wednesday it will sell its Bhushan Power and Steel's steel business to form a new 50:50 joint venture with Japan’s JFE Steel for an equity value of 315 billion Indian rupees ($3.50 billion).
