JFE Holdings annual net profit halves, misses forecasts
TOKYO, May 8 (Reuters) - JFE Holdings 5411.T, parent of Japan's second-biggest steel maker, posted net profit of 91.9 billion yen ($639.30 million) for the year ended in March, a 54% drop from a year earlier, missing analysts' forecasts. Analysts polled by LSEG had forecast an annual net profit of 105.4 billion yen for JFE Holdings. The company projected a profit of 75 billion yen for the year ending in March.
