 * Termination of the non-legally binding memorandum of understanding in relation to a possible subscription of shares and possible Whitewash Waiver  1626.HK  
 * Parties to MOU had not entered into any formal subscription agreement nor agreement to extend exclusivity period by 29 November 2015 
 * Termination of MOU would not have any material adverse effect on existing business operation and financial position of group 
 * Mou was terminated along with expiration of exclusivity period on 29 November 2015 pursuant to terms stipulated in MOU
