Nov 13 (Reuters) - Jiayao Holdings Ltd  1626.HK : 
 * Unit entered into the Yunnan sale agreements and Hunan sale agreements in relation to the sale of paper cigarette packages 
 * Hubei Golden Three Gorges has agreed to supply to Yunnan tobacco materials at certain unit prices from about RMB0.30 to RMB1.56 per piece
