March 10 (Reuters) - Jiayao Holdings Ltd  1626.HK : 
 * Continuing connected transactions: sale of paper cigarette packages and 
   purchase of paper  1626.HK  
 * Says Hubei Golden three gorges, a unit, entered into the Zhuhai huafeng 
   purchase agreement and the hongta ren heng purchase agreement 
 * Pursuant to agreement, Hubei Golden three gorges has agreed to purchase from 
   Zhuhai huafeng 
 * Zhuhai huafeng has agreed to supply to Hubei Golden three gorges paper for 
   manufacturing paper cigarette packages at a unit price of RMB7,500 per ton 
 * Zhuhai huafeng has agreed to supply for the period from 10 March 2016 to 31 
   December 2016
