 JFIN.O  soars 13.5% to $3.87 premarket
    ** Co reports Q4 net income per ADS of 9.97 yuan vs 2.29
yuan a year earlier
    ** Also posts net revenue of 1.05 billion yuan ($153.2
million) vs 368.2 million yuan last year
    ** Co expects loan facilitation volume for 2023 to be around
70 bln yuan 
    ** Sees loan facilitation volume for Q1 2023 at around 19
bln yuan
    ** Shares up ~48% YTD
