BUZZ-Archer Aviation surges after deal with Boeing ** Archer Aviation ACHR.N shares jump ~22% to $6.80 pre-market
** Air taxi maker to acquire Boeing's BA.N electric aircraft unit, Wisk Aero, along with two related subsidiaries, in exchange for BA getting ~20% stake in combined firm
** BA to also get two sets of warrants, each amounting to $100 million of ACHR stock, that can be exercised after the deal closes
** Shares of BA little changed before the bell
** Analysts tracking ACHR rate it "buy" on average vs "hold" for rival Joby Aviation JOBY.N - data compiled by LSEG
** Both ACHR and JOBY up ~21% so far this year
