** Home services company Apex Service Partners has agreed to sell a minority stake to Apollo Global Management <APO.N> in a deal that a source familiar with the matter said values the whole company at $10 billion, including debt.

** Tilman Fertitta-owned firm will buy Caesars Entertainment <CZR.O> in a $17.6 billion deal, the companies said, as the hospitality billionaire seeks to expand his leisure empire.
