Johnson Matthey Plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Numis Securities
Limited as joint corporate broker alongside Citigroup Global Markets Limited
with immediate effect. We express our thanks to J.P. Morgan Securities plc
(which conducts its UK investment banking activities as J.P. Morgan Cazenove)
