Colin Matthews - New Directorship
Johnson Matthey Plc (the "Company") announces that Colin Matthews CBE FREng, a non-executive director of the Company and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, has been appointed as non-executive chairman of EDF Energy Holdings Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the EDF Group, with effect from 1st November 2017. 
As previously announced on 26th July 2017, Colin is standing down from his role at Johnson Matthey Plc with effect from 15th November 2017 after five years on the board, having been appointed a non-executive director in October 2012 and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee in July 2016.
