Den Jones to Step Down as Group Finance Director

Johnson Matthey announces today that, for personal reasons and following a mutual agreement with the company, Den Jones will step down as Group Finance Director over the summer this year, when we anticipate a successor will have been identified. Until then Den will continue in his role and remain on the board. 
A process has commenced to identify Den's successor and an appointment will be announced in due course.
