Robert MacLeod - Change of Directorships
Johnson Matthey Plcannounces thatRobert MacLeod, Chief Executive, will be appointed as a non-executive director of RELX NV and RELX PLC with effect from the conclusion of their respective annual general meetings to be held on 20th and 21st April 2016, subject to shareholder approval. Robert will also be appointed as a non-executive director of RELX Group plc. 
Robert will retire as a non-executive director (and Chairman of the Audit Committee) of Aggreko plc, having served nearly nine years, with effect from the close of Aggreko plc's annual general meeting on 28th April 2016.
