Transaction in own shares

 

Johnson Matthey Plc ("JM" or the "Company") announces today it has purchased
the following number of its ordinary shares of 110 (49)/(53) pence each from
Citigroup Global Markets Limited ("Citi") on the London Stock Exchange as part
of its buyback programme, commencement of which was announced on 14(th)
February 2022 (the "Programme").

 

 Date of purchase:                               11(th) March 2022

 Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:  500

 Lowest price paid per share:                    £18.8500

 Highest price paid per share:                   £18.9000

 Average price paid per share:                   £18.8780

 

The Company will cancel the purchased shares.
