Transaction in own shares

 

Johnson Matthey Plc ("JM" or the "Company") announces today it has purchased
the following number of its ordinary shares of 110 (49)/(53) pence each from
Citigroup Global Markets Limited ("Citi") on the London Stock Exchange as part
of its buyback programme, commencement of which was announced on 14(th)
February 2022 (the "Programme").

 

 Date of purchase:                               29(th) April 2022

 Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:  1,308

 Lowest price paid per share:                    £18.7050

 Highest price paid per share:                   £18.7500

 Average price paid per share:                   £18.7324

 

The Company will cancel the purchased shares.
