Notice of Results and Investor Presentation via Investor Meet Company

Journeo plc (AIM: JNEO), a leading provider of information systems and
technical services to transport operators and local authorities announces that
it will release its audited final results for the year ended 31 December 2023
("Final Results") on Tuesday 26 March 2024.

Russ Singleton CEO and Nick Lowe CFO will provide a live presentation of the
Company's Final Results via Investor Meet Company at 12:00 GMT on 27 Mar 2024.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
26 Mar 2024, 09:00 GMT, or at any time during the live presentation.

·    Journeo AB (based in Stockholm, Sweden): technical services provider
to public transport customers in Sweden.

for customers' complex requirements and the demands of modern public
