Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2026
 
JPEL Private Equity Limited ("JPEL" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements ("Annual Report") for the year ended 30 June 2026 have been released. As discussed previously, concurrent with the publication of the Annual Report, Roy Barrett has been appointed Chair and Tony Dalwood has stepped down from the Board.  The Board and Manager would like to thank Tony for his valuable contribution during his time as Board member and Chair and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
