Software group JST surges in Hong Kong debut

** Shares of China-based software provider JST Group Corp 6687.HK surge as much as 28.5% from the offer price to HK$39.32 in Hong Kong debut, outpacing a 3% rise in the Hang Seng Tech Index .HSTECH

** Stock later trims gains to HK$38.3, still up 25.2% from the offer price of HK$30.6 apiece, with 26.5 mln shares worth HK$1.02 bln ($131.32 mln) changing hands

** Co sold 68.2 mln shares in global offering, raising HK$2.09 bln ($269.07 mln) to enhance R&D, strengthen sales and marketing capabilities, among others

** Subscription of the Hong Kong public offering portion is 1,952.95 times and international offering portion is 22.89 times - co
