    * Says Aisin Seiki Co Ltd (AISIN), ADVICS Co Ltd (ADVICS),
JTEKT
Corporation (JTEKT)  6473.T  and DENSO Corporation (DENSO)
 6902.T  today announced that the four companies have reached a
basic agreement to establish a joint venture company to develop
integrated ECU software for automated driving and vehicle
dynamics control
    * The JV will be capitalized with the participation ratio of
DENSO
65 percent, AISIN 25 percent, ADVICS 5 percent and JTEKT 5
