processing, with operations in Africa, announces that it will publish its
audited annual results for the year ended 30 June 2023 on Wednesday 11 October
2023. The Company also welcomes the arrival of Neal Reynolds as the new Chief
Financial Officer and Ricus Grimbeek as the Chief of Energy Metals.

Management will host a presentation and Q&A session for investors at 11:00
