Response to Shareholder Correspondence Regarding a General Meeting

Jubilee, a diversified and leading metals recovery business with a
world-class portfolio of projects in South Africa and Zambia, notes the
speculation regarding a possible general meeting and shareholder resolution,
which seems to stem from an administrative error unrelated to Jubilee.

 

The Company wishes to confirm that no notice of general meeting has been
issued.
