Results of Annual General Meeting

 

Jubilee's Annual General Meeting was held at 11 a.m. (1 p.m. South African
time) today Wednesday 14 January 2026. Resolution 4 was withdrawn. All of the
remaining resolutions proposed at the meeting were passed with the requisite
majority votes.
