Clarification Notice on Outstanding Warrants
Highlights
 First chromite concentrate being produced after the successful tie-in of the Chromite Recovery Plant into the Hernic operational stream. 
 Focus now shifts onto the commissioning of the PGM Recovery Plant which is the natural succession of the Chromite Recovery Plant Tailings. The Chromite Recovery Plant forms the feed to the Platinum Group Metals ("PGMs") Recovery Plant.

Mine-to-Metals specialist Jubilee Platinum plc (AIM: JLP, AltX: JBL) further wishes to clarify the exercise price and number of outstanding warrants in Jubilee as announced on 3 February 2017.
The inclusion of the warrants priced at 2.0 and 2.5 British pence is as a result of a negotiated settlement agreement against historically issued warrants. 
The outstanding warrants in Jubilee are therefore as follows:
