A$0.155, set to see their worst day since Nov 8 - if losses hold
    ** Gold producer and explorer says it has undertaken a
placement to raise A$3.5 million ($2.35 million)
    ** Adds, issue price at A$0.15 per share - a 11.8% discount
to stock's last closing price
    ** Stock marks its worst level since Nov. 28
    ** Stock has risen ~3% YTD as of last close
