** Shares of Reward Minerals  RWD.AX  rise as much as 18.8%
to A$0.095, their highest since Nov 17
    ** The potash explorer says it has entered into share sale
agreement to buy Beyondie sulphate of potash project in Western
Australia from administrators of Kalium Lakes  KLL.AX  
    ** Adds acquisition of project is for A$20 mln ($13.23 mln)
    ** RWD stock posts its biggest intraday pct gain since Nov
16
    ** More than 600,000 shares change hands, vs the 30-day
average volume of 536,744 shares
    ** Stock down 20.7% YTD as of last close
