** Shares of paintmaker Sherwin-Williams SHW.N fall 2.2% to $341.97 premarket

** Company forecasts its 2026 adjusted profit forecast between $11.50 and $11.90 per share, below est. of $12.42, according to LSEG data

** Co posts Q4 adjusted profit of $2.23 per share vs analysts' estimates of $2.16 per share

** Total net sales rise to $5.60 billion from last year's $5.30 billion

** Sales at its Paint Stores Group rise 2.7% to $3.13 billion

** Its Performance Coatings Group unit posts net sales of $1.64 billion, up 3.3% from last year

** In 2025, SHW was down ~5%
