** Co, which manufactures equipment and infrastructure components for the energy and transmission sectors, valued at 113.28 billion Indian rupees ($1.18 billion)
** The company's 8.75 billion-rupee IPO was subscribed 62.63 times last week
** IPO comprises fresh issue of shares worth up to 6.75 billion rupees and offer for sale of shares worth up to 2 billion rupees
