** Adds, stake sale would help EEL's strategy to monetise

** Nearly 5.6 mln shares change hands, versus 30-day average
volume of 1.8 mln
** EEL down ~79% this year, as of last close, versus a 0.43%
increase in benchmark S&P/ASX 200 index .AXJO
