Appointment of Chief Operating Officer
Kavango Resources plc (LSE:KAV), the Southern Africa focussed metals

Alexandra (Alex) Rose Gorman has agreed to take on the full time executive
role of Chief Operating Officer. The change in her role is expected to take
effect in early June 2025. Alex will move to Bulawayo, Zimbabwe where she will
be better able to manage the group's operations and enable continued focus on
delivering value to shareholders.
David Smith, Chairman of Kavango Resources, commented:
"In her relatively short time with Kavango since she joined us as a
non-executive Director Alex has impressed the board and other stakeholders
with her directness, drive and energy. We are delighted she has agreed to move
to a senior operational role within the group; we are confident that her
combination of a technical geological background, familiarity with our
projects in Botswana and Zimbabwe, and her knowledge of the mining industry
generally, will be a real benefit to the Company in what we believe will be an
exciting year for us."
About the new directors
Alex will join as COO after serving a year as a Non- Executive Director of
Kavango, during which time she has been involved in both technical decisions

currently a Mining Analyst at Peel Hunt, covering small and mid-cap mining
