Update - VFEX Prospectus

 

Further to the announcement of 30 July 2025, the Company announces that
following the publication of the VFEX Prospectus, the admission date of the
relevant New Ordinary Shares to the VFEX has been extended from the initially
scheduled date of 29 August 2025 to a revised date of 5 September 2025.

 

The Company is actively working to conclude all necessary steps in compliance
with the relevant regulations and will provide any further updates as
appropriate.
