Grant of Options

 

Kazera Global Plc, the AIM quoted investment company, announces that its Board
of Directors has resolved to grant options to subscribe for up to 4,000,000
new ordinary shares (representing approximately 0.4% of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital) to Peter Wilson, Independent Non-Executive Director of
the Company, and certain members of staff.

Such options will be exercisable at any time up until 11 May 2028 at a price
of 1p per share.

Following the award of these options Peter Wilson will have an interest in
3,000,000 options.
