Receipt of first tranche of investment

 

Kazera Global plc, the AIM quoted investment company, is pleased to advise
that further to the 20 July 2022 announcement of the transformational
investment deal in lithium produced from the Company's wholly owned mine at
Tantalite Valley, Namibia, the Company has now received the first payment of
US$ 100,000 in accordance with the terms of the deal.

 

Furthermore, the investor's staff have already been very active on site at the
Tantalite Valley Mine, holding a series of meetings with the Company's
management, in preparation for the delivery of machinery and services to
increase production output fourfold during Q4 2022.

 

 

Dennis Edmonds, Kazera Chief Executive Officer, commented:

"The timely receipt of this first payment under the lithium investment deal
underlines the enthusiasm and commitment to the potential for lithium
production revenues from our Tantalite Valley Mine that we have seen
throughout the negotiations from our new investor. Equally encouraging, the
visit by Xinjian to the mine so soon after the signing of the deal has enabled
a very fast start to the implementation of the game-changing upgrades to the
processing plant and mining capacity."
